FEUZ gestiona proyectos europeos de diversos tipos desde 1.991, (COMETT, LEONARDO DA VINCI,..) habiéndose gestionado aproximadamente unas 1800 movilidades. Ha sido galardonada con el Premio a la Calidad 2008 por la gestión del proyecto Leonardo da Vinci de movilidad de estudiantes universitarios 2006 y ha fue finalista en 2006 por el proyecto de 2004.
