Rural Electrification, develop necessary tools and methodology to monitor, analyze and evaluate program/project progress and impact. Procurement, Capacity Building & Training, Monitoring & Evaluation, capacity building of rural communities for operation and maintennance of energy generation, distribution & utilisation management, conceptualizing, planning, operational management, monitoring and evaluation and application of participatory methods and tools. Stakeholders management and policy influence. Ability to design responsibility matrix and conditional contracts among multi stakeholder, to enhance systematic efficiency of complex projects. Ability to provide theoretical and practical insights, information and judgment to facilitate policy dialog
