My name is Rory and I’m a native English freelance translator, proofreader and conference interpreter (EN <> FR, IT > EN) living in France since 2011.

After weeks putting together an EU project proposal, there is nothing worse than submitting it only to realise it is full of typos and grammatical mistakes that a proofreader could have corrected in seconds.

I work in close collaboration with up2europe’s CEO and web developers translating and proofreading the site’s content and monthly blogs.

I help my clients proofread their calls for tender, funding applications, web content and communications material by putting the finishing touches to their documents before they are published or sent for evaluation. My job is to make texts written by natives or non-natives sound as natural and professional as possible in either British or American English.
