I am Uffe Wikström and have been into the field of flexible and distance learning since the 90-ies. I have also a background in journalism and in cross border cooperation as well in running or participaing in EU projects, especially linked to life long learning. I am also interested in validation of real conmpetence and the comcept of work based learning is close to my heart
