Dear Colleagues!

"Turan" University within the framework of international cooperation aims at increasing the potential of the University with leading foreign universities and seeks for partnership cooperate in the field Erasmus+ programs.

We are interested in joint research. The department of "Jurisprudence and international law" at the University "Turan" conducts similar research in the sphere of solving the problems of the quality of education in the formation of professional competence among students in conditions of competitive positioning and the introduction of Dublin descriptors in the field of Jurisprudence and international law.

In this regard, it is necessary to study the basics and to develop a model for managing the university on the basis of innovative management technologies, developing a methodology and mechanisms for managing the quality of education in conditions of competitive positioning of higher education institutions in the market environment and transition from state to state-public management in order to ensure transparency of universities.

The social significance of the project is the development of new scientific tools and methods that can be introduced into the practice of scientific research in order to maintain high competitiveness and the prospects for the development of science in Kazakhstan as a whole and to gain new knowledge in the field of management of education and quality management of higher education.

"Turan" University was established and registered in 1992 in Almaty (Republic of Kazakhstan) and it is the core of the educational corporation.  "Turan" University carries out training in 23 specialties of the bachelor's degree, 15 specialties of the master degree, 5 specialities of doctoral PhD.

The introduction of results in the educational process in the education of elective courses, the testing of results in the scientific publications of the members of the research group, the development of recommendations to improve the "Research the problems of the quality of education in the formation of professional competence among students in conditions of competitive positioning and the introduction of Dublin descriptors in the field of Jurisprudence and international law"is suggested.
