Doctor of Technology with an emphasis in education (adaptive educational systems) since 2013. I have worked for the last 12 years doing active research in technology-enhanced learning (TeL) and related areas, including : training of teachers in the use of ICT, pedagogical and technological support in virtual education projects, instructional design and use of educational platforms, e-learning standards and specifications, instructional technology and repositories of learning objects, mobile learning (m- learning), context-aware computing, user modeling, and adaptive education systems. He is currently the director of pedagogy, didactics and e-learning education at the University of La Salle in Colombia. I have authored and co-authored more than 30 articles related to the Technological Enhanced Learning –TeL research area, especially on mobile and contextual learning issues.
