Inn training is an SME based in Norfolk but delivers training across the East of England region, and within the M25 primarily, but does travel and train nationally. We currently deliver a large range of courses to include short (due diligence courses), such as Food Safety L1-4, Licensing, Health and Safety L1-3, First Aid L1-3.

We also deliver bespoke courses for individual business needs as required, as part of our consultancy services.

The BevTOUR project results will help food and beverage producers, and the support organisations and intermediaries in this sector all over Europe to understand the potential benefits of Food and Beverage Tourism to their own business, and to the wider region. It will help them to understand what is possible in terms of developing their tourism potential through best practice cases from around Europe.

in Norfolk and Somerset. Areas of historical agricultural strengths blessed with national and international food and drink companies, as well as the manufacture of machinery to support them. This sector is an important employer in rural areas, though there are also significant agricultural production sites in urban areas. These major  companies, alongside growing boutique high-value companies, see Norfolk and Suffolk specialism in: sugar, malt, the production and processing of poultry and pork, cider and fruit wines, beer, chocolate, soft drinks and potatoes, among others. In the last 2 years, Inn-Training has worked as part of the Erasmus project, where, as partners, we helped to develop an ‘Certificate in Brewing entrepreneurship’ that would be accessible to the whole of Europe. Inn Training was able to contribute to the research, analysis and reporting of, working with trainers, awarding organisations, experts in the trade and trainees.
