Composite Modelling Group, part of LIST (Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology: ) is specialised in Mechanical and physical properties; Multi-scale modelling; Composite materials, Numerical methods and simulations, Damage and fracture.
Dr Lyazid Bouhala holds a PhD in mechanics of material from the University of Strasbourg, France. With over 15 years of experience in the areas of computational solid mechanics, Damage modelling, nonlinear constitutive theories, inverse problems and multiscale modelling. Applications are basically composite materials, multi-layered materials, heterogeneous media ... etc. This expertise has been developed in the framework of European and National projects.
