Ketry Gorete Farias dos Passos

PhD in Information Science (2015-2019) and Master by the Graduate Program in Information Science - PGCIN (2012). Specialist in School Library Management by the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC (2015). Graduated in Librarianship - Hab. Information Management by the State University of Santa Catarina - UDESC (2009). She served as a collaborating professor in the Department of Library and Information Management-DBI / UDESC (From Sep 2014 to July 2018). CAPES / PROF scholarship holder (2011 and 2018), acting as a tutor in Undergraduate courses in Library and Archival courses. Researcher at the Research Group on Sustainability Management NGS \ EGC \ UFSC (2010 - so far). He worked at the company Arquivo Contabilidade & Consultoria (2012-2013), consolidating the Electronic Document Management process. She worked as a substitute teacher at UFSC (2009-2010). She was a CAPES / CNPQ researcher at the DTI-C level of the activities of the Educational and Social Technologies Program of the Laptop Research Project at school: a study of image production as a learning strategy (2012-2014). He is interested in the areas: Management of UIs, Management of Innovation, Management of information units, Innovation in information units, Trends in services and technologies in information units, Information technologies and Communication in units of information and user needs and expectations of the future.
