Urban development - SUD Strategy, ITI and Advocacy (Urban Agenda) Expert with extensive experience in private (Energy) and Public sector. Specific areas of expertise include: development and management of multi-governance systems (Local/regional/national/EU); partnership and resource management, urban authority capacity building - organizational and project pipeline development; inter-institutional cooperation and advocacy management (articulation and representation of interests before governance and regulatory bodies). I am interested in short term consultancy and training for urban, local and regional authorities, institutions and NGO's.
