Business model is the story of how organization or an individual create, deliver, and capture value. Focus is on value.
How this relates to EU projects? In this case, "organization" means project team with project partners.
With real customers (stakeholders) and their problems, needs, fears and desires in mind and with business model thinking mindset, each project could result in influential results and leed to success in the post project period.
