Project idea:
Intelligent Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and Virtual Energy Storage (VES) solution for smart grid development
Objectives:
- Development of a VPP (virtual power plant) solution with VES (virtual energy storage) by combining multiple energy solutions;
- Smart integration of flexible or variable (VRE) energy loads into smart grids;
- Definition of a strategy to use buildings as batteries;
- Smart centralized storage system for smart grid flexibility;
- Advanced modelling and control tool for smart grids with VRE and/or VES;
