Sustainable development for remote areas based on no-traditional plants innovative exploitation

As for well-known european areas, we'd like to promote local development in the northern part of Italy by applying innovative use of no-traditional local resources; matching sustainable exploitation of such resoucers (plant extraction for food(no food industry) and local enhancement (tourism, biodiversity, sustainable agricolture, help for local farmers)
