Tackle effectively the challenges which relate to family business succession planning, especially on the grounds of the noted gap in the competencies framework of the SME founders vs. youth entrepreneurial talent pool.

Remedial actions are based on the development of an innovative training methodology which will aid family businesses as to facilitate a sustainable entrepreneurial journey[t1] .
