Recently, the concept of “smart cities” became an attractive research field. Many governments and authorities have invested in infrastructure, ICT and regulations to insure a better life for citizens. Despite there is some kind of consensus that the label Smart City represents innovation in city management, its services and infrastructures, a common conceptual framework of smart cities deployment is not yet been stated. However, most of conducted work in this context stated that the smart education is one of main component in a smart city. Accordingly, authors recently introduced the concept of “smart university” as a part of a smart city.
