WEAVE Project Summary
The WEAVE project aims to establish a mentoring program, collaborate with local organizations, develop educational resources, and create WEAVE testimonies, all promoting inclusion, diversity, and civic engagement for the social and economic empowerment of migrant women.
To achieve this, the project will host three international meetings, implement four work packages, and develop a resource kit, mentorship program, and online content (films, podcasts, and a book). Additionally, two international training events will be conducted to test and refine these materials.
Expected outcomes include 150 migrant women participating in the mentorship program, five partnerships established, educational resources developed, and pilot testing completed. The project aims to enhance social integration, job readiness, and entrepreneurial skills, fostering empowerment and community engagement.
