During the last three years, we have organized the 'Playwriting Tournament for High School students' in Girona, in which the students receive training by professional writers, play writers and other technicians of the performing arts, in order to write and stage their own 10 minutes plays. During three months of classwork, they go from the writing of a dramatic text to the rehearsal of the play by professional actors and actresses. Once their play is ready, a final is held with the four participating schools in a professional theater venue. 

Now the project is expanding to several cities within Catalonia, and we are looking for international partners in the Performing Arts sector, in order to expand the project abroad, share methodologies and build a European network of Playwriting Tournaments.
