On behalf of a local association born one year ago (and already awarded with a Small-Scale on women empowerment) in Campi Salentina (Apulia Region, Italy), I am building up a project aimed to promote the labor inclusion of autistic individuals through a series of training activities targeted at key community actors, such as educators, volunteers, and interested citizens. The
social integration of autistic people is an increasingly relevant challenge in the European context. The project seeks to enhance their active participation in community life by facilitating the employment of individuals who, due to their condition, face greater difficulties in accessing the labor market. This project aims to create a territorial network that promotes the social inclusion of autistic people through
awareness-raising initiatives, training programs (for families), practical support, and the development of accessible spaces and initiatives. The ultimate goal is to challenge stereotypes and disseminate innovative inclusion practices.
We are looking for a coordinator for a KA2 Small-Scale Partnership. We will take care of the coordination of the proposal preparation and writing.
