Proactive transparency at SMART universities: the perfect app

Universities should lead the avant-garde of the transparency movement by developing the Transparency Units and the Transparency Portals in their websites where all demands for access to public information should be considered. We would like to share research on transparency laws, transparency limits and transparency procedures at European universities. We are focused on proactive transparency by universities, on training units producing public information and on transparency apps for smart universities.
