Call: RESILIENT VALUE CHAINS 2023 (HORIZON-CL4-2023-RESILIENCE-01)

The main idea is to investigate optimization operations throughout the entire mining value chain, from explorations to mine closure, based on the utilization of the valuable satellite data provided by Copernicus through their fusion with UAV data, with a focus on access to primary and secondary raw materials, especially Critical Raw Materials.

Looking for partners that can be involved in any of the following tasks:

* Experience in Copernicus platform - Sentinel 1 & Sentinel 2 – Copernicus data collection and analysis

* Selection and integration of various sensors on UAV, data collection, UAV flight plans and maintenance, operation manuals, safety manual

* Fusion and interpretation of UAV and Copernicus collected data, data analysis, large scale mapping for the test sites

* Industrial or similar type of partners that will provide access in mining test sites ideally with critical raw materials

* IT- Software and Mobile App: for Smart UAV platform selection, Vertical Data Fusion, and mapping for mining activities

* Life Cycle Assessment - Tailings Management System - Energy and GHG Emissions

Management

* Transport activity and safety during mining activities (loading and hauling)

* Identification of potential and installation issues of Clean energy systems in mining sites
