Maintenance and disseminating the experience of the Emmaus Center

Our project is unique in view of the following features:
1. Post-Soviet society is burdened with stereotypes about people with mental disabilities and stigmatizing. However, there are still very few organizations working to break stereotypes and ensure a decent perception of people with mental disabilities. Their lack is particularly felt in the non-western regions of Ukraine.
2. Our project operates in a systematic and structured manner, combining different areas of activity.
3. We are the only project in Ukraine operating within the university, thus affirming that new universities are not only a source of academic knowledge, but also a basis for shaping a world outlook.
That is why we should support our activities and spread our experience to other cities in Ukraine.
