Hello Innovators,
I’m a Project Manager at CommitmentPlanet (Lisbon, Portugal) and a representative of GCCP (Luxembourg). Both NGOs bring a wealth of experience and passion for European projects, with over three years working on Erasmus+ and various other EU-funded initiatives. We’re currently looking for dynamic partners and innovative proposals in fields that matter: education, social inclusion, sustainability, social communities, and cutting-edge technology.
Who We Are
CommitmentPlanet: Based in Lisbon, we’re dedicated to positive change through education, community-building, and tech-driven sustainability. Our team comprises developers, marketing experts, youth exchange coordinators, and training facilitators, all united to drive impactful results as both partners and lead partners in European projects. Recently, we successfully led a 2-year Erasmus+ KA2 project, securing over €250K in funding.
GCCP: Located in Luxembourg, GCCP is our partner organization, reinforcing our commitment to social inclusion and community development across Europe. Together, we’re equipped to support and elevate project goals, offering a track record of excellence in management and execution.
