Librazhd Municipality, located in the southeast of Albania, is a local government unit, seeking partnerships in the latest call of Europe for Citizen, (Town Twinning or Networks of Town). We do have experience in implementing Networks of Town projects as partners, so we would be interested in pursuing another partnership in the role of ;
Some ideas that we want to focus on are: strengthening bonding with other local government units in EU or non-EU countries; the exchange of best practices in local administration; or management of cultural heritage and promotion of EU ;
