The project idea is teaching the T&L Excellence Centers staff. If this topic aligns with your interests, My team and I would be eager to discuss the possibilities in more detail and explore how we might develop this idea further in collaboration. The following achievable objectives aim to promote both the institutional and individual capabilities necessary for fostering excellence in teaching and learning across the organization, aligning with the core goals of Pro-CaTELS and will be important from three perspectives: (1) Institutional Capacity-Building for T&L Excellence Centers (2) Staff Competency Enhancement (3) Student Success and Learning Outcomes.
