Looking for 4 Participants – AI for Youth Workers Training in Italy

We are looking for 4 motivated young participants with experience in working with migrant or disadvantaged youth to join the international training taking place in Rome from September 7 to 13, 2025, under the Erasmus+ programme. This intensive course, organised by European Social Art based in Valencia, aims to equip youth workers with practical tools to integrate Artificial Intelligence into social entrepreneurship, with a special focus on supporting migrant women. During the training, participants will explore key topics such as AI for business development, digital marketing, social media management, mentorship techniques, and co-creation of a practical toolkit to be used in their local communities. Travel and accommodation costs are covered, with a recommendation to choose green travel options. The profile includes young people aged 18–30, with at least two years of experience in youth work, strong commitment to gender equality, and a minimum B2 level of English. Each country will select two women and two men. Selected participants will also take part in two online preparatory meetings on July 27 and August 27.
