After nearly three years of free labour on our transnational network our main conclusion is that a level playing field for citizins is lacking. This is a big treshold for acceleration of SI solutions. Also for democratizing the decision-making processes and thus having a direct effect; disengagement of citizens, disempowerment of citizens.
