Our community by 2008 has activated laboratory for pasta production made by person with special needs. Results may be found on the net searching "Pasta di Capezzaia"
The products are till now distributed in Lazio Region by Coop. We are connvinced that our experience may be concretized as handbook, dealing activities vs disabilities, social operator activities description, the necessary equipment to start house activity, little laboratory, or industrial one, process and more
We want promote training stages to our laboratories, for operator first, than with the selected disabled from the origin countries, and to show them also other similar best activities in Italy
We hope that coming back to each country with this experience and know how, it will be easier promote new inclusive work activities
