We are a not-for-profit organisation committed to developing smarter communities by promoting knowledge and accessibility for all. 
We offer a complete range of services for the design, creation and implementation of solutions aimed at making territories more inclusive. 
We are committed to implementing projects in close collaboration with the people who live in the areas concerned, because we are convinced that the development of these areas cannot be achieved without them. 
With this in mind, the association has set up and launched the "Station Moon" third place in Tourcoing, a "Smart City demonstrator" that enables everyone to learn, research, innovate, prototype, create and test solutions and new ways of "doing things".

To date, the association has been involved in developing initiatives around :

• Illectronicism, by facilitating access to digital technology and equipment for people who are not digitally literate and people with disabilities;
• Training, employability, entrepreneurship and the promotion of creative industries;
• The dynamics of third places and the accessibility of spaces for all types of public;
• Design for accessibility for all ;
• Public consultation and involvement in the challenges of transition and transformation of the territorie ;
