We want to start an Erasmus + K1 project for teachers mobility to learn about different strategies to get a more relaxed and calmed atmosphere in our school, in order to improve learning and respect. We would like to do this by changing the way we organise spaces, introducing music to get emotional balance both for teachers and students, and learn other ways to make our school less stressful for everybody. We have just started a programme about school mediation to help our children to resolve conflicts.
Therefore, we are looking for a job shadowing experience for our staff in a European school who could help us to reach our goals.
