Making base line survay to determine the most boor families in 3 villages in upper Egypt with help of ;Distribution of small herds of improved goats corssbred between local breeds and Damascus goats ( improved in Animal production research institute APRI farms) and dairy processing tools to boor families especially widows and divorced. in addition to building capacity for women to produce clean milk and dairy products in hyginic condition and help them in making peckaging and markting to improve economical, nutritional and health status of these families. and collect half of the goats offspring after winning and transfare it to APRI farms to prepare it to distribution of new families as sustainable project (revolving fund)
