I am writing on behalf of the Municipality of Divjaka, Albania

We have established an EU Integration Unit within the municipality that
among other tasks, is also responsible to coordinate and facilitate the
application for EU funding opportunities. We have been trained lately on
the new calls of the CERV Union Programme (Citizens, Equality, Rights
and Values), specifically the Town Twinning which has a deadline on 20
September.

We would very much like to apply for this call - and are in the process
of partner search in order to develop a consolidated Twinning project.
This would be a very good opportunity for both municipalities to
initiate a joint cooperation.

Our first idea based on an assessment that we have conducted consists in "Empowering youth through navigation and exchange of agricultural policies for a sustainable future." and sharing of best practices in this field with your
municipality would be an added value. We are nevertheless open to other
ideas that would make a joint project successful.
