I am an entrepreneur from Albania. My idea is to build bridges of communication between the countries of the Western Balkans by exchanging employees with each other for a period of 1 - 3 months. This initiative would foster the cooperation of young people from Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our countries in the last century have fought with each other, but through the cooperation of young people will unite us for a better future.
