Looking for partners for our project Empower Yourself (working title). Our goal is to support the reintegration of people over 55 into the workforce. Building on one previous and one active project, we would provide a handful of training materials (both for employers and employees), personal development tools, generation shifting and mentoring guides, promoting lifelong learning and active aging. We are looking for partners involved in adult education or actively networking in the SME sector.
