Project is focussed on the civil application and society's involvement in assisting the local Municipality to look after the local infrastructure, surroundings and environment. The solution will act as a tool to enable the civilians to communicate with the local municipality members and get their voices heard. The municipality will be held accountable as the raised tickets / registered problems will be published publicly.
This will also act as an engagement tool between the residents and businesses to brainstorm and offer ideas/improvements for their local region.
Among the currently registered problems:
- Street lighting issues;
- Potholes on the street;
- Environment maintenance (bushes, trees etc.);
- Children's playground maintenance;
The key objectives of the solution:
1. Improve communication between citizens and the municipality by providing an efficient platform for reporting city management tasks and environmental issues.
2. Streamline the process of registering problems and requests, thereby enhancing services to the population and reducing administrative burden.
3. Enhance transparency and accountability by allowing residents to track the status of their submitted requests and receive notifications when issues are resolved.
