The CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values) program, following the Europe for Citizens program and other components, has announced a new call under Town Twinning.
Kukës Municipality, located in the northeastern of Albania, is drafting a project proposal to apply in this call.
We invite all those partners who are interested to join the call, Kukes Municipality is open to cooperate with everyone.
