Call for proposals on capacity-building in the area of rights of the child and child-friendly justice

We, as Regional Public Administration in Aragón (Spain), and more specifically the Minor's Department, are interested in participating in this Call. Our idea is setting up a specific resource for non-accompanied minors who will become homeless if intervention is not carried out. These youngsters are not staying in Minor's Centres for different reasons (cultural, social, etc.). We would like to focus in providing legal assistance and specific training for professionals working with them.
