Brainstorm around "boosting digital skills of girls"?

Hello,
I just came across this call for proposals, and I would be very interested in discussing with others to come up with an innovative solution. I ran a nonprofit for 8 years around empowering girls and women in tech, and I'm passionate (and experienced) in how to get girls excited about and interested in pursuing a tech career. Also, my native language is English, which is helpful for creating a great proposal ;)
