The Swedish palace and park complex in Grapice (Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland), which was founded by the Wallenius family in the 19th century, is a place open to business, science, culture and NGOs. The village is located in a commune known for its wind and solar farms, close to cities such as Lębork and Słupsk and the Tri-City (Gdańsk-Sopot-Gdynia) and also close to the Baltic Sea. History of this place connects Poland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. This is good place for rural coworking space who will connects people from Baltic Sea Region. Heritage, innovation, clean energy, climate, international cooperation. This place can have three areas: Sisu (Brainstorming Space, Teamworking Space, Individual Working Space), Lagom (Outdoor work area, Sunbeds and hammocks Area, Healthy and Tasty Food Zone) and Fika (Networking Space, Business Coffee Tables Tea Time Room). The palace and park are undergoing revitalization. The palace area is 1500 m2, farm buildings, the entire area including the park is 3.5 ha.
