Pedagogic competancies is getting more important for professors teaching in higher education. There are growning demands for developing the teaching skills and let them be an equal part when applying for a new job in the sector. Universities around Europe are working on individual solutions on how to documentate the professors' skills, experiencies and learning with pedagogy. A possibility would be to develop a common portal across countries to have a more easy to read format. It could be based on Open Source software like Mahara.
