The "Feeding vertigo" is a project of international exchange groups youth of Polish, Lithuanian and Hungary which will participate in the 8 participants aged 14 to 18 years old and one leader from each institution, a total of 27 people. Young people who take part in the project are mostly people with fewer opportunities start in adult life than most of their peers, they are encountering in their life on a number of barriers for psychological, emotional and environmental nature. The project will take place in the territory of the European Centre for Training and Education OHP Roskosz on 14-21.09.2014r. By working together in an international environment, conversations, deepen mutual understanding, the acquisition of a European consciousness, cognition, the integration, the creation of intercultural dialogue and active leisure, we want to achieve our main goal of the project - to increase awareness of the impact of nutrition on human health. The theme of our project is nutrition, which has a huge impact on all people and our lives regardless of place of residence, race or religious affiliations. Participants of the project are going to implement the actions envisaged in the project such as: preparing healthy meals, discussion panels, improving the ability to use the information on the packaging of food products, competitions and practical classes. The culmination of our work is to organize and lead a picnic "Bet on healthy nutrition" to which we invite the local community, peers, older people, the media, we will tell them about our project, we will present what we have learned and what we saw during its implementation. Another measurable effect achieved by promoting us about long-term results will be compiled and published a guide containing tips on how to choose healthy products. The guidebook will be distributed among peers of our organization, local media, schools, cultural institutions, clubs, etc. In addition, to allow access to the widest group of people we will post it in an electronic version on our website and our partner sites. All the activities foreseen in the project will be implemented in non-formal education methods with very active participation and involvement of all youth groups.
