Date du début: 1 déc. 2014, Date de fin: 30 nov. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Ten students should participate in the project. The vocational training takes place in Budapest in October 2014. The working language will be English, although some of the participants can speak Hungarian as well. Study fields: 1. mechanic of machines and equipment - five third-year students -they master a number of crafts, skills with the ability to apply them in work, and they also acquire a welding certificate The participants are able to work on and to maintain different machines, they know the technology of repair, and they react flexibly on the changing conditions. The participants are qualified workers, they are able to carry out work in different work stations. 2. programmer of different working and welding machines and equipment - five third-year students The participants can program and work on numerically controlled working machines and welding equipment. They also acquired a welding certificate. Students speak English language on B1 level based on the Common European Framework. The theoretical training of students is realized in the rooms of the school, while the practical education is carried out in a form of vocational training at work placements, in the workshops of the school, and at the work placements of the employers, mainly at U.S. Steel Košice. The study programmes are planned in order to enable students to work on, to maintain machines, to manage and organize their work professionally on different kinds of technical equipment, while keeping in mind the importance of further professional development in their fields. The participants do not have any special needs. We defined our aims based on the needs of participants: - to watch and control the quality directly in the workshops -to learn how to manipulate with materials by thermo-mechanic and chemico-thermal treatment (to use theoretical knowledge in practice) -to improve the working skills - manual processing of metal and nonmetallic materials (to learn about the techniques, technological equipment, to use this knowledge not only in school but in their working life as well) -to manage the continuous and effective working ethic of participants while repairing or examining the causes of a failure (team work, the usage of theoretical knowledge in practice, the participant will be able suggest alternatives, solutions in order to eliminate the failure) -to learn about new software, technical equipment, that are not available in the school's vocational training programme The training abroad should be three-week long. We expect from the students to present a growth in team work and communicating skills in a foreign language, taking into consideration the fact, that the team work exceeds the borderlines of our state. Students are prepared to use their knowledge and skills and to develop them further. The whole concept of the project should support the willingness and needs of participants and teachers to continue their lifelong learning process, to prepare themselves for the everyday reality of the society, and to take part in working mobilities in the EU. The activities of our students that exceed the borderlines of our state motivate the teachers and students to concentrate on their linguistic skills and mobility possibilities as well. These activities should motivate our students to find their place in the European job market, and to use the job opportunities in a flexible way. The local small, medium and large firms have been already oriented towards the EU for a very long time. This possibility enables them to send out their future employees to their branches in Europe, who will already have had the required some knowledge by that time. Our school would like to use the methods of ECVET in this project in order to ensure the transparency of the evaluation system and of the presentation of results. The attachments contain the documents that were designed to maintain this transparency.
