The project was based on the needs of employees of Techmania Science Center to provide:international exchange of experience in the field of science communicationacquiring new methods and tools of educationcontacts and knowledge in the field of non-formal educationnew tools of technology transfer and science communicationnew marketing methodsnew materials and processes in the development of exhibitions and exhibitspractical skills trainingThis international confrontation is to bring not only increase skills and improve the work of Techmania, but also to transfer the acquired knowledge, skills, contacts at local and regional level, where we work with other partners (school, university, research and educational organizations) and provide training and services more 200 000 people from various target groups.Participation in specialized international conference is supposed to meet the needs of the participants, bring new contacts and to engage the organization in new international projects.Each of the planned conference lasts for 5 days (prekonference and conferences) and allows each participant to choose from lectures, workshops, consultations according to their professional orientation. Participation in various educational activities approves the company director on a proposal from the head of department.The main objective of the project is to provide new methods of non-formal education, new tools for the development of science communication not only regional but also at the national level.Project participants are employees of Techmania:CEOmanagers of the project departmentdevelopers of new exhibitsedutainers (lecturers science communication)marketingThese people are the key employees who contribute to the development of programs and tools for informal learning, which include educational programs, educational shows, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, training of science communication and courses for the general public, school groups, university students, doctoral candidates and academics.The project will enable 10 employees Techmania to attend a scientific conference ECSITE in Graz, Austria in 2016 and 10 employees Techmania ECSITE scientific conference in Porto, Portugal in 2017.These are a major European conferences in the field of informal education and science communication.The project will be monitored by managers, individual outputs of the project will be presented within the organization immediately after the ieach conference.Then new participants for further conference will be chosen..The project will allow Techmania to improve its offer informal training for all target groups. It is assumed long-term impact, thanks to newly acquired contacts and organization involvement in international projects and enable new innovative types of cooperation.
