During the project period 67 students went from 2 up to 4 weeks to Zavadka and Glasgow additional 5 ​​staff to Zavadka,Glasgow and to Malta. Full details are given in the mobility database. The students participated are studying at the technical schools of EBG for social services, health education care, elderly care and social education. In the field staff mobility the participants were lecturer/teacher of EBG. The aim of the project was and has been achieved to comprehend different approaches and methods in the context of national circumstances they visited and adapt them. The extensive program working and living conditions in the host country and organsiations left a great impression, extended participants professional knowledge and skills, personal and professional horizons, promoted the idea of ​​tolerance, understanding for national characteristics, flexibility and language skills. Country-specific approach of educational care and educational processes, including ethical positions especially to dealing with people with disabilities and their inclusion were also aspekts participants dealt with. The comparison and exchange the technical content (concepts, methods, applications)helped the acquisition of knowledge and improved their capacity also for acting as multipliers for the experience gained during the implementation of the mobility. The school regulations stipulate internships, so that learning outcomes are recognized and documented in Mobility Pass / Euro Pass. Besides Euro pass Mobility; also a written evaluation done through their respective host organsiations. The mentors in companies were always approachable and provided sport if neded.. Participants were fully integrated into the daily routine of the hosting facilities. The learning outcomes were then presented in our schools in the form of lectures and practical sessions. Because internationality is one of the guidelines of the EBG, mobility underlines the European orientation (the name is programm!) of the EBG, and vice versa valuable for the international strategy of the EBG. Our networks, participants` skills, experience and external appearance are enriched thereby; Continuity, quality and reliability are good attributes when being abroad in Europea and international. The main aspects of mobilities in the gields of staff were: - Gaining insight / experience in the work processes - developmentv of knowledge, awareness for the cultural differences and the foreign language. - learning the design and pedagogical approach and everyday implementations - Analysis of the group atmosphere, educational issues. -Supporting and mentoring participants -Reflektion on effectiveness (the acquired skills and their implementation) as well as the specific features (similarities and differences) in transnational educational work. -Documentation of tasks and results in a practical folder (portfolio)
