The project concerns the organization of two types of mobility: - The mobility of students - 34 people (2 groups) - ZSOiZ Czyżew students, enrolled in the folowing subjects: agribusiness IT (16 persons), IT (6 persons), feeding and catering services (12 people). Mobility lasting four weeks for each group; - Mobility of staff - 10 people. Mobility to be implemented in 2 groups of 5 people. Mobility lasting one week for each group. Internships learners in foreign companies A group of 17 people one supervisor - II 2016 The second group of 17 persons + 1 supervisor - II 2017 2. Staff training / job shadowing Group I - III / 2016 Group II - III / 2017 The objectives of the project are: - to exchange experiences, - to promote innovative ways of working - to establishing direct international cooperation - to increase level of knowledge of different organizational solutions - to compare Polish and Italian system of vocational education - to gain new qualifications - to get to know Italian culture The results of the project will be: - Professional and personal development of the project participants, - Adaptation of best practices and knowledge transfer, - Establishing international cooperation - Deepening of knowledge in the field of vocational training, - An increase in language skills.
