PROJET

Our activities are designed primarily to change the perspective on teaching and learning because these changes are important for young European people and their opportunities for further development. We expect the optimal improvement of skills not only from our students, but also from our teachers. Therefore, we would like to improve the language skills of our staff and help the teachers to develop professionally by taking part in Erasmus + Key Action 1. This is a great opportunity to prepare our staff to e-Twinning platform and Erasmus + Key Action 2 which we would like to join in the future. Implementation of these plans is expected by involving in the project "Changing the perspective on learning and teaching."The project relates directly to the teaching staff, students but also to parents, as co-organizers of the learning process.Objectives of the project:1. Improvement of teachers' methodological skills.2. Development of practical skills - the use of natural resources and the environment in teaching science.3. Implementation of new teaching methods using new techniques.4. Gaining experience while sharing ideas with teachers from other European countries.5. Improvement of teachers' language skills.Participants of the project and main activities:1. IT teacher, chemistry and geography teacher, physics teacher, geography and biology teacher, support teacher in inclusive classes, librarian - participation in the language course.2. IT teacher, chemistry and geography teacher, physics teacher, geography and biology teacher, English teacher, support teacher in inclusive classes, the librarian - a methodological course. To sum up, seven participants will take part in the project.Specific activities and methodology which will be used in the project:1. Analysis of mobility - the individual needs of the project participants, defining goals with achievement of objectives; monitoring them during training.2. The use of knowledge, observation skills of project participants to prepare a list of recommendations with changes we should implement in our school to achieve long-term goals.3. A plan to implement pedagogical, methodological, organizational and other actions, which will contribute to the implementation of the European plan of our school's development. Expected results and impact of the project:1.Development of teachers' methodological skills.2. Improvement of project participants' foreign language skills to prepare them to eTwinning platform and to Erasmus + Key Action 2. 3. Implementation of new teaching methods using new techniques.4. Improvement of the curriculum.The potential long-term effects:1. Improve the quality of our educational offer.2. Improve the quality of international cooperation.3. Emphasis on attitudes such as openness, respect, tolerance and support for others.4. Development of our school in the European dimension and school community.
