The main aim of the project is the realization of one of the objectives of the European Employment Strategy (2014-2020), which is equal opportunities for Polish youth in terms of access to employment through the acquisition of additional skills. The project also responds to the needs of the national and regional strategy related to increasing the efficiency and quality of education,which will result in the future as the reduction of unemployment.The project will be addressed to students from Ośrodka Szkolenia i Wychowania OHP w Starachowicach (Training and Education Center in Starachowice). These are students studying at the vocational school in professions such as: hairdresser, cook, construction worker, car mechanic and electrician. As the organizational assumption of our center participants are held apprenticeship in training workshops. Implementation of the learning program is the responsibility of the instructor of vocational training. During this project students will have many opportunities for direct contact with the employer to check their career opportunities in the workplace.They will acquire it through internships in Germany, Italy and Portugal.The aim of the project is to acquire new professional skills:Construction Technologist– trainee learns the modern techniques and technologies used for interiors with special emphasis on the so-called drywall in Germany, Portugal, Italy;– acquires the ability to perform internal and external stucco plaster in Italy.Electricians:– learn the methods used for maintenance of electrical installations with particular emphasis on the use of modern equipment in Germany.Hairdressers:– Getting to know the kinds of hairdressing services used in Germany, Portugal, and also will have the opportunity of direct contact with the customer that they can not learn in our center.Cooks:- Learn the specifics of Italian and Portuguese cuisine, learn the procedure for the preparation of regional and national dishes.Car mechanic:– Learn the technologies of work, equipment in Italian garage,– observe the approach to the customer.All participants (64 people):– develop foreign language skills including professional language;– broaden your horizons as a result of meeting with another culture and another nation;– fostering an attitude of tolerance and acceptance of other nationalities.Professional experience will be a driver for competitiveness in employment at the local level and contribute to the development of language competence so important in the current labor market. Participants in the project will strengthen your posture initiatives and entrepreneurship will gain confidence to find work in new places and environments beyond the country's borders. This will encourage them to actively participate in social life. Through professional organization of overseas internship programs, provide our participants to gain valuable work experience and enable them to learn the cultures of selected European countries.
