Context of the project:“Introducing the German experience in the field of dual education”. Aims.To improve: 1-Teachers’ training qualifications and the quality of teaching by acquiring and transferring the European experience in dual education;to acquire the German methodology with regard to master the vocational education and training(VET);to make the interrelations between the VET and the labour market better; 2-the trainees’ chances to reach the quality preparation with regard to mastering their personal development and their adaptability to the European labour market and out; 3-the chances and capacity of implementing the new dual form in teaching process and the readiness to integrate good actual facts and new methods in the vocational school and the VTC; 4-the professional foreign language competences of the users and the foreign language communication; 5-the project’s capacity, modernization, attractiveness and the international relations of VSCAG. 6-the managing potential of the staff and the managing skills and strategies for internationalization; 7-the qualification and to acquire a new one; 8- the users’ opportunity for a successful professional realization, to develop better personal qualities, project’s capacity and mastering their sense of European citizenship and identity. Number and profile of the participants: In the mobility, aiming at staff training, which will be realized under the form of observation in the partner’s organization,10 people will take part - part of the vocational school’s staff and the VTC to it. They are vocational training teachers and part of the school management. All teachers are long-term experienced professionals and had obtained Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the corresponding university field. They teach theoretical and practical disciplines in different vocational directions: “Construction”, ”Architecture, urbanization and geodesy” and “Design”. The acquired professional experience and competencies are result of them being students’ tutors when participating in projects like “Students’ and university students’ practice work” organized by the BME and “I can build” organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Builders. The school managing staff has great experience in leading, administrating and organizing the educational and training process of the institution, providing with the VET. The managing capacity and experience has been gained by administrating of the vocational school and the VTC to it, as well as from working out, managing and performing inward administrative acts concerning the management of the quality provided by VET; by numerous national and international projects. VTC staff includes: principle, vice-principle, lecturers, as well as teachers from the vocational school, who educate adults, too. The managing and teaching staff at the VTC have gained a 7-year experience in its management and in adults’ vocational training. Activity description:1.Forming a managing team;2.Information and publicity;3.Information, selection and confirming of the criteria for choice and its performance;4./5.Negotiating with the partners and the users;6.Both Preliminary and technical preparation;7.Mobility realization;8.Implementation of a plan for distribution and stability;9.Management and monitoring;10.Discussion on the project results. Methodology to be used when realizing the project:1.Identification of the needs; 2.Activity planning; 3.Realization of the projects’ activities; 4.Monitoring; 5.Successive control and results stability; 6.Discussion on the project results and indication for their achievement. Results description and their expected impact:1.Acquired new knowledge and improved competences, with regard to the teachers’ professional profile and application of the acquired German experience in teaching, organizing, evaluation, VET quality and the relationships with the employers;2.Emproved personal and professional qualities and motivation for work; 3.New skills and improved managing abilities for the administration of dual education; skills and strategies for internationalization, readiness to integrate good actual facts in the school and VTC;4.Improved users’ opportunities for employment and professional development; 5.Improved project experience and the staff’s ability to undertake changes;6.Improved VET quality;7.Acquired new innovative European educational methods;8.Overcome cross-cultural differences and tendencies. Potential long-term advantages:1.Institutional readiness to conduct VET via dual form, after implementing of the new law;2.Educees trained both at VSCAG and the employers, ready for non-professional implementation in the local economy and employment; 3.Decreasing of the youth unemployment in the region;4.Employers integration into the training process; 5.Raising VSCAG and VTC into leading training centers in the region, working on innovative European practices and being able to deliver quality VET.
