The original idea to take part in the international mobility project was to provide quality and intrinsically motivated teachers, who are most likely to put their newly gained experience into practice successfully, with the best opportunity for professional development. Given that some of these teachers have completed mentor training, the intention of the school is to make use of their expert knowledge and skills in the future in such a way that they are going to take the role of internal mentors for their colleagues in school.The objective of this project is to improve and, with the help of unconventional and innovative pedagogical methods, create teaching materials used for foreign language teaching. From the school's management point of view, the main goal is the implementation of modern methods of leadership and human resource development.All the participants in the project are qualified teachers of foreign languages. One of them is also the deputy head teacher.The main intended activities are foreign educational stays during which the participants are going to obtain new incentives and inspiration for their further work in the area of school management and foreign language teaching, particularly English and Spanish (inter-subject relations will always be included).The entire project, as a whole, has got a preparatory, implementational as well as a follow-up phase. All the participants are planning to cooperate with their receiving educational institution and are going to prepare the groundwork in the form of international mobility realization related questions and expectations. During and immediately upon the end of these educational stays, each participant is going to prepare a one-to-two-year implementation plan. During this time, the reflexion and evaluation of the educational stays will be carried out. The school management is going to approve them. Quality foreign language teaching is going to be a long-term benefit of this project. Students' learning is going to be stressed, not the teaching process.
