The beneficiaries of the project was the group of 54 students from third and fourth forms in Zespół Szkół Zawodowych Nr 2 in Starchowice educated in different professions: information technology, vehicles, electrician ,mechatronic, logistics and environment protection. The partner of the project was British company Training Vision Ltd in Portsmouth, who cooperated with the British employers giving the professional practice to our students. Two -week long training had place in Portsmouth, the city located in the south part of Great Britain. The beneficiaries of the project completed the training according to the profession`s curriculum. The main aim of the project was the mobility of students, developing the professional skills, language skills, and getting to know the culture of Great Britain. These aims are compatible to European Program of School Development. Students from vehicle profession had the training in companies: Jamal`s Mechanic, A1 Automac and Vision Travel where they repaired and serviced the cars. The group of inforamtion technology students learned and improved creating of Internet applications CMS Wordpress. Logistics` group worked in British Heart Foundation and Mr.Pine&Sons Company. Oden Services UK Ltd company provided the group of mechatronics students with practising dissasembly of electronic equipment. The girls from environment protection profession learnt how to recycle the rubbish, how to reduce of using water and energy in Infonetmedia company. All students had a great experience of work in Great Britain, they improved their profession and language skills. Students got the certificates of professional practice attendance, ECVET document and Europass Mobility. The project had a crucial meaning for personal student development. Students were accomodated in English families, what gave them a great experience of getting to know the real life of people and improving language skills. Professional pracitce abroad is a strong point of our school. Realization of the project is meaningful in the future cooperation with european institutions.
