The project "Foreign practice to the professional career for the young professional" , which is realized together with Associacao de Mobilidade Intercultural Euromob, will be held from 01-08-2016 to 30-11-2017. Thirty two students of Wincenty Witos’ Schools Complex of Center of Agricultural Studies in Bonin, willing to become: cooks, mechanic-operators of transport vehicles and agricultural machines, technicians of feed and gastronomic services, technicians of veterinary science, technicians of agriculture mechanization and technicians of landscape architecture -will be the participants of project . The students will be accompanied by four guardians. The main goal of the project is to gain by students additional practical skills, increasing the chance of employment.The detailed goals of project are:gaining professional experience in the international environment by project participants ,acquisition key qualifications for future employment,the adaptation of the contents of professional education to the needs changing job market,the working out of the program of training \the modification of the contents of teaching to match future employers demands,the improvement of foreign language skillsstrengthening the self-confidence of participants allowing to start business on the labour market,raising the vocational training of our school to the higher level,enriching the offer of the school and its prestige in the local environment, establishing the cooperation between a vocational school and enterprises,• expanding the knowledge about the culture and customs of Portugal.,As part of the project implementation the following actions were planned:one-to-one meeting with the career advisor (3 hour/participant),2. cultural preparation- getting the general knowledge about history and the culture of Portugal, mentalities of citizens of this country, universal values, i.e. (20 hour/group),3. English language course- linguistic communication, elements of business language (30 hour/group)4. Internships at employers in Portugal.Products which will be formed during the project implementation :1. 30 hours of the language course,2. carrying out 96 hours of the individual careers guidance,3. elaboration of 32 Individual Action Plans, 4. carrying out 20 hours of the training of social competence,5. carrying out 10 hours of the cultural preparation ,6. carrying out 1920 hours of the internship by 32 participants in the project,7. 32 Europass Mobility documents,8. 32 Ecvet documents,9. preparing 2 films documenting the realization of the internship (1 film/group),10. preparing 2 exhibitions of photographs documenting the participation of 2 groups in the project,11. creating the bookmark on the website of school documenting the project implementation.There will be a lot of results of the project :the Europass Mobility and Ecvet gained by 32 pupils and raising linguistic competence, purchasing new professional skills, development of skills of the teamwork, breaking the language barrier, increasing motivation for the in-service training, increasing cross-cultural competence, raising the quality of the educational offer institutions,increasing motivation for a job-hunting, developing cross-cultural competence: open-minding, tolerance, changing of the attitude/opinion concerning the cultural dissimilarity, breaking stereotypes, getting to know the history and the culture of Portugal, raising the level of the self-assessment by 32 project participants .The action carried out during the project will have a long-term impact for participants, the school and partner organisations. They will strengthen the feeling of being an European, European integration, the partnership and the international dialogue. Students will gain professional experience in the international environment, They will acquire crucial qualifications for the possibility of the future employment and improve abilities of using a foreign language. The participants will expand linguistic competence, will strengthen the self-confidence while searching a job on the labour market. They will get the knowledge about operations of the Portuguese company, its organizational structure, the way of managing, principles of the communication, specificity of individual workstations.Students will get also acquainted with modern methods of building the corporate image and strategies in marketing, They will get to know modern technologies applied in their professional industry, tools, production methods or of service delivery and filling in documentation and expand their knowledge about the culture and customs of Portugal. They will also learn the joint action and the cooperation. The project will open possibilities for cooperation in the completion of next projects of the educational mobility, it will contribute to move of best practices for the training activity of partners.
